AeroTF

A leap from 2010 to 2026.

AeroTF had already received several comments from its partners about its online identity. The website had effectively remained unchanged for 16 years. It had fallen behind and no longer reflected the level of a company operating in the aerospace sector.

We met with its team at their offices to understand what they wanted to change and what image they needed to project. The challenge was to modernise a 2010 website without losing the serious corporate tone expected of an aerospace company. We showed them several visual directions and, once they chose one, organised the development in stages so they could review each advance before we continued.

We also carried out a cybersecurity audit of the published website. When we reviewed the configuration, we found an ageing Apache setup, missing security headers, the ability to load the page in external iframes and a publicly accessible directory. Missing routes showed the generic server response and, as concurrent requests increased, the website lost stability.

We blocked the public listing, added clickjacking protection, reinforced the policies delivered to the browser and reviewed sensitive resources. We then repeated the checks to verify the changes. On that basis, we rebuilt the landing page, reviewed caching, compression and images, and replaced the legacy frontend with a responsive foundation that AeroTF could maintain and extend.

To prepare the visual work, we returned to their offices, where we could learn about the facilities, speak with the team and organise the photography session. Product and workspace images became part of the website instead of relying on generic photography.

When the new website was published, AeroTF received a positive response from the partners who had pointed out the problem. The company moved from a page that had remained unchanged for 16 years to an updated presence with a clearer image and concrete improvements in security, performance and maintenance.
